The Executive Women Leadership Program is a 5-day course designed for women in senior leadership and those preparing for political leadership roles. The program focuses on strengthening leadership capacity by enhancing strategic thinking, personal effectiveness, and the ability to lead in complex environments. Participants will explore how to build strong personal brands, leverage their strengths, and apply adaptive leadership approaches. It also addresses the unique challenges and opportunities faced by women in leadership, including preparation for political participation and elections. Through interactive sessions, participants will develop the confidence and skills needed to influence decision-making, lead teams, and drive organizational success.
