Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP)

The primary aim of the SLDP is to equip senior managers with the advanced conceptual and analytical skills necessary to drive institutional transformation, influence policy shifts, and foster a culture of high performance and integrity within the public sector.

The program is specifically tailored for senior-level officials who have already completed the Senior Management Course (SMC). Key participants include: Public Service Officers: Typically in Job Group ‘N’ (CSG 8) and above. Executives: CEOs and senior managers from state corporations, ministries, and agencies. Private Sector & NGOs: Senior policy practitioners and leaders in international organizations. Leadership Candidates: Individuals being prepared for higher-level policy and strategic roles.
