Aim of the Course
To empower leaders in the water sector with the knowledge, skills, and ethical frameworks necessary to provide sustainable, efficient, and accountable water and sanitation services in compliance with national laws and constitutional mandates
Target Audience
The program is specifically tailored for individuals responsible for the oversight and strategic direction of water institutions: Board Members: Directors of Water Service Providers (WSPs) and Water Works Development Agencies. Top Management: CEOs, Managing Directors, and Senior Managers of water companies. County Government Officials: CECs and Chief Officers in charge of Water and Environment (who oversee WSPs as shareholders). Stakeholder Representatives: Nominated directors from professional bodies, resident associations, and the business community.
