The SLDP is a high-level competency development program that focuses on moving beyond routine management to strategic oversight. It emphasizes visionary leadership, policy formulation, and institutional transformation. The curriculum typically covers thematic areas such as the evolution of Kenya’s political economy, social and economic transformation, ethics, and strategic decision-making. It is often delivered through a blended learning model (online and physical) over a duration of approximately 6 to 10 weeks.
