Aim of the Course
The aim of the Training of Trainers course at the Kenya School of Government is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively plan, deliver and evaluate training, enabling them to enhance learning and performance within their organizations.
Target Audience
The program targets middle and senior level managers involved in the implementation of the training process. Other officers undertaking capacity building duties may also be considered for this program
