The primary aim of the ERMP is to institutionalize a culture of risk awareness and proactive management within the public service. It seeks to equip participants with the capacity to integrate risk management into strategic planning, decision-making, and performance management to ensure the sustainable delivery of public services.

The program is intended for: ChieThe program is tailored for high-level decision-makers and officers with oversight or operational responsibilities, including: Executive Leadership: Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and Directors. Oversight Bodies: Audit and Risk Committee members. Professional Officers: Legal Officers, Internal Audit professionals, and Risk Officers. Departmental Heads: Leads in Finance, Accounts, Procurement, Human Resources and ICT. Field Officers: Any officer undertaking risk management roles within National or County governments.
