About the Course

The Public Relations & Customer Care Course explores the principles and practices of managing communication between an organization and its publics while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. It covers key areas such as media relations, corporate communication, crisis management, customer service excellence, conflict resolution and digital engagement. Learners will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to handle real-world scenarios, including managing customer complaints, crafting press releases, maintaining professional relationships and leveraging social media platforms for public engagement. The course emphasizes ethical communication, cultural sensitivity and professionalism in dealing with diverse audiences.

Aim of the Course
