About the Course

A short 5‑day professional development course that helps senior public service managers and heads of departments build practical coaching and mentoring skills to support staff growth, enhance performance, improve service delivery, and institutionalize a culture of continuous learning and succession management.

Aim of the Course

The course aims to equip public service managers with skills to coach and mentor staff, improving performance and fostering continuous learning.

Equips heads of departments with competencies to institutionalize coaching and mentorship strategies that ensure improvement of service delivery and continuous learning on the job, whilst promoting succession management.
