Aim of the Course
The aim of the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Restoration (ADR&R) course at the Kenya School of Government is to equip participants with skills to resolve disputes efficiently outside the formal court system while promoting reconciliation, restoring relationships and enhancing peaceful coexistence in organizations and communities.
Target Audience
Officer who play mediation and conflict resolutions in National and County Government, State Corporations, Development Agencies Water bodies providers, NGOs and private sectors
