The Women in Political Leadership Course is a 5-day program designed to support women in senior leadership roles within county governments. The program focuses on building strong leadership identity, enhancing strategic thinking, and strengthening participants’ ability to navigate the political landscape. Participants will gain practical skills in campaign strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication, and resource mobilization. Through interactive sessions and real-world insights, the course also addresses managing electoral dynamics, building alliances, and handling conflicts. It emphasizes confidence, assertiveness, and visionary leadership to enable participants to effectively influence and lead within their roles.
