The PPD course focuses on the systematic process of transforming an idea into a formal project document. It covers the entire lifecycle of proposal formulation, including situational analysis, stakeholder mapping, and resource mobilization. Participants learn how to align project objectives with national development goals (such as Vision 2030) and international frameworks, ensuring that proposals are both technically sound and financially viable.
