The BPR program is part of KSG’s mandate to transform the Public Service through competency development. It equips participants with the tools to move away from traditional, siloed management and instead focus on end-to-end processes that provide value to the citizen. The curriculum is typically delivered over 5 days and blends theoretical frameworks with practical public sector case studies.
