About the Course

This program equips participants with knowledge and practical skills to effectively engage in collective bargaining processes in the public service. It covers labor laws, negotiation techniques, dispute resolution, stakeholder engagement and the management of industrial relations. The course emphasizes strategies for achieving mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining organizational efficiency and service delivery standards.

Aim of the Course

The aim of the course is to equip public officers with the knowledge and skills to manage discipline effectively, ensure compliance with rules and ethical standards and promote accountability and professionalism in the public service

Employers and workers representatives, industrial relations practitioners (trade unions, HR and line managers, senior managers, mediators, conflict management specialists, labor inspection team and public service boards)
