Aim of the Course
The primary aim of the CGPB program is to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of Public Sector Boards by equipping members with the competencies required to provide sound strategic direction, ensure prudent investment of public resources and foster a culture of ethical leadership.
Target Audience
The program is specifically tailored for high-level officials and oversight bodies, including: Chairpersons and Members of Boards of State Corporations. Commissioners of Constitutional Commissions and Independent Offices. Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and Directors of Government Agencies. Corporation Secretaries and Legal Advisors to Public Boards. Senior Management transitioning into governance or oversight roles.
