The Induction Program for Government Advisors at the Kenya School of Government (KSG) aims to provide newly appointed government advisors with the foundational knowledge and practical skills they need to perform their advisory roles effectively within both national and county government contexts. It focuses on enhancing participants’ understanding of the functions, expectations and competencies required for high‑quality, informed and ethical advice that supports sound government decision‑making and improved public sector performance.
