Aim of the Course
The aim of the Training of Trainers course at the Kenya School of Government is to develop competent trainers who can effectively design, facilitate and evaluate training programs, ensuring enhanced learning, skill development and improved performance within their organizations.
Target Audience
The program targets middle and senior level managers involved in the implementation of the training process. Other officers undertaking capacity building duties may also be considered for this program
