The PFM program focuses on the entire budget cycle—from planning and formulation to execution, monitoring, and evaluation. It bridges the gap between theoretical financial principles and the practical application of the Public Finance Management Act (2012) and PFM Regulations (2015). The course emphasizes fiscal responsibility, internal controls, and the integration of financial systems (such as IFMIS) to ensure value for money in public service delivery.
