About the Course

The Government Protocol, Etiquette and Events Management Course provides a detailed understanding of the principles, rules and practices that guide official conduct and event organization within government and public institutions. The course covers key areas such as state and diplomatic protocol, order of precedence, official ceremonies, event planning and coordination, professional etiquette and intercultural awareness. Participants will learn how to organize and manage events such as state functions, conferences, public ceremonies and official visits while observing protocol requirements. In addition, the course emphasizes personal and professional etiquette, including grooming, communication decorum and conduct when interacting with dignitaries, stakeholders and the public. It also addresses logistical planning, risk management and crisis handling during events.
