The KSG program for BETA focuses on shifting the national economic model from a top-down approach to one that empowers small-scale traders, farmers, and the informal sector (Jua Kali). It utilizes a Value Chain Approach to analyze bottlenecks and enhance competitiveness in key sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, and the digital economy. The curriculum emphasizes transformative leadership, ethical governance, and the integration of the "Digital Superhighway" to streamline public service delivery.
