The PNP program provides a comprehensive overview of the public procurement cycle within the framework of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA), 2015 and its accompanying regulations. It focuses on demystifying procurement procedures, emphasizing the role of user departments in planning, requisitioning, and contract management.
