Aim of the Course
To equip women executives in county governments with the strategic competencies, ethical foundations, and transformative mindset required to lead institutional change, promote gender-responsive governance, and deliver impactful services to citizens.
Target Audience
The program is specifically tailored for high-ranking women in county governments, including: County Executive Committee Members (CECMs) Chief Officers Directors and Deputy Directors in County Governments Senior advisors and decision-makers within the county executive arm
