Aim of the Course
To develop and enhance the capacity of public service officials in the application of modern financial management principles, legal frameworks and ethical practices to ensure transparency, accountability and value for money in public spending.
Target Audience
The program is tailored for officers involved in the financial value chain within National and County Governments, State Corporations, and Constitutional Commissions. Specifically: Finance and Accounting Officers (Heads of Finance, Accountants, Auditors). Budget Officers and Planning Officers. Non-finance Managers with budget-holding responsibilities. Members of Audit Committees and Risk Management professionals. Procurement Officers involved in financial decision-making.
