The primary aim of the Accounting Officers Program is to empower senior officials with a deeper understanding of their statutory obligations and to equip them with the strategic leadership, financial management and ethical competencies necessary to ensure high institutional performance, transparency and accountability in the delivery of services to citizens.

Accounting Officers in Ministries, County Governments, State Corporations, Constitutional Commissions, the Judiciary, the Legislature, and private sector corporate executives.
