Aim of the Course
The aim of the Mainstreaming Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in Development course at the Kenya School of Government is to equip senior public officers with the knowledge and skills to incorporate economic, social and cultural rights into development planning, policy formulation and service delivery, ensuring a rights-based approach across government programs.

County executive committee members, Chief officers, County Attorneys, Officers responsible for planning, County administrators, Directors and other senior officers of ministries, departments and agencies and Council of Governors
