The aim of the Skills Development Program for Managers of Educational Institutions at the Kenya School of Government is to strengthen the leadership and management capacity of education managers so they can run their institutions more effectively, improve performance and ensure efficient use of resources.

This Program targets Boards of Management, managers of educational institutions, their deputies and heads of departments both in public and private sectors. It also targets educational officers at County and national levels
