Aim of the Course
The primary aim of the ESSD program is to empower development professionals with the competencies to integrate sustainability and social responsibility into project design and implementation, thereby minimizing harm to communities and the environment while maximizing positive developmental impact.

This course is specifically curated for: Project Managers and Coordinators in Government Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs). Environmental and Social Safeguard Specialists and Consultants. County Government Officers involved in infrastructure and community development. Gender and Social Inclusion Officers focusing on marginalized group protections. Staff from NGOs and Private Sector firms partnering on donor-funded projects
