The BEC is an intensive professional development program that bridges the gap between environmental policy and field-level enforcement. It provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the Environmental Management and Coordination Act (EMCA), administrative law, and the practical techniques required to conduct inspections, gather evidence, and manage environmental crimes. The curriculum balances legal theory with paramilitary discipline and tactical enforcement skills.
