About the Course

Participants will learn how to plan, structure, draft and present reports that communicate information accurately and efficiently. The course covers key components such as introductions, findings, analysis, conclusions and recommendations. It also emphasizes clarity, brevity, accuracy and objectivity in reporting. In addition, learners will be introduced to different types of reports, including incident reports, progress reports, analytical reports and research-based reports. Practical exercises, case studies and assignments are used to develop hands-on report writing skills relevant to workplace needs.
