The PMER course provides a comprehensive framework for managing the lifecycle of development projects. It transitions from theoretical concepts to practical applications, focusing on the design of Logical Frameworks (LogFrames), the selection of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the establishment of robust data collection systems. Participants learn how to distinguish between monitoring (continuous tracking) and evaluation (periodic assessment) while mastering the art of technical reporting for stakeholders and donors.
