Project Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting (PMER)

To enhance the capacity of officers in planning and executing projects by institutionalizing systematic monitoring and evaluation practices that ensure accountability, transparency, and the achievement of intended development outcomes.

Target Audience Project Managers and Coordinators. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officers. Planning and Budgeting Officers in National and County Governments. Program staff in NGOs and Civil Society Organizations. Policy Analysts and Researchers.

• Design Robust M&E Frameworks: Construct comprehensive Logical Frameworks and Theory of Change models to align project activities with high-level strategic goals.
• Develop Actionable Indicators: Formulate Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) indicators to accurately track inputs, outputs, and impacts.
• Execute Data-Driven Evaluations: Apply diverse qualitative and quantitative data collection methods to assess project efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability.
• Produce Professional Technical Reports: Generate evidence-based progress and evaluation reports that facilitate informed decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
