About the Course

The PMER course provides a comprehensive framework for managing the lifecycle of development projects. It transitions from theoretical concepts to practical applications, focusing on the design of Logical Frameworks (LogFrames), the selection of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the establishment of robust data collection systems. Participants learn how to distinguish between monitoring (continuous tracking) and evaluation (periodic assessment) while mastering the art of technical reporting for stakeholders and donors.

Aim of the Course

To enhance the capacity of officers in planning and executing projects by institutionalizing systematic monitoring and evaluation practices that ensure accountability, transparency, and the achievement of intended development outcomes.

Learning Outcomes
