About the Course

The CGC provides a comprehensive exploration of the legal, ethical, and functional frameworks required to manage modern organizations. It focuses on the "Mwongozo" (the Code of Governance for State Corporations) and international best practices. The curriculum covers board roles, ethical leadership, risk management, financial oversight, and the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards into corporate strategy

Aim of the Course

To transform institutional leadership by equipping participants with the conceptual and technical competencies necessary to foster ethical conduct, ensure sustainable wealth creation, and uphold the public interest through robust governance structures.
