Aim of the Course
To empower Special Advisors with a comprehensive understanding of the government’s strategic direction, institutional structures, and legal environment, enabling them to provide effective, ethical and politically neutral advice that aligns with national development goals.
Target Audience
The program is specifically tailored for: Special Advisors to the President, Deputy President, and Cabinet Secretaries. Technical Advisors attached to Principal Secretaries or County Governors. Personal Assistants and specialized consultants operating within the high-level executive offices. Subject Matter Experts transitioning from non-government sectors into policy advisory roles.
