About the Course
Aim of the Course
The aim of the Management of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises course at Kenya School of Government is to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills to effectively start, manage and grow MSMEs, while enhancing their contribution to economic development, job creation and innovation.
Target Audience
Organizations, Technical and other qualified persons (0 level leavers) Ex-Servicemen, potential entrepreneurs (Women and youth), and the retirees from public service.
Learning Outcomes
- Creation of social change: New goods and services offered by entrepreneurs result in new employment, which can produce a cascading effect or virtuous circle in the economy. The stimulation of related businesses or sectors that support the new venture add to further economic development
- Creation of new businesses: New and improved offerings, products or technologies from entrepreneurs enable new markets to be developed and new wealth created.
