About the Course
Aim of the Course
The aim of the course at Kenya School of Government is to equip public officers with the skills to manage discipline fairly, uphold ethics and improve performance in the public service.

Human Resource Directors, HR Managers, HR officers, Public Administrators, Chief Officers, CPSB Members and Board Secretaries
